What are people saying about the Siena Hotel Spa Casino?
After reading the reviews on Reno, we decided to try the Siena Hotel in a superior king room, and were very satisfied. We have stayed in several Reno hotels and this one is by far exceeded our expectations. We had a 7th floor room overlooking the river. The room was spacious and very well decorated. Everything about the room was in top condition. And, a welcome site was the refrigerator - not one of those mini-bar things in other hotels! The hallways and elevator alcove were well lit and very clean. The lobby was classy with it's marble floors and decorative accent vases. The lobby was close to the parking area so that you didn't need to walk endlessly through the casino just to get to your car. We stayed in the Siena for two days in October, and certainly stay here again.Stayed October 2014, traveled as a couple (TripAdvisor)
Best price in town for a last minute reservation, And the standard rooms are better than most of the rooms at other hotels in the area.(Expedia)
We stayed at the Siena for the first time when we came to the rib cook off in August. Upon walking into our room we were impressed with the room - huge living room area, nice size sleeping room, and HUGE bathroom complete with side by side sinks. The room was very clean and it was easy to tell the staff takes pride in providing a clean room for its guests. The view of the riverfront area was also impressive and we appreciated having a family friendly restaurant downstairs that was easily accessible.
We decided to stay again upon returning two months later. Like last time we are really satisfied with our overall stay. I have to add that the staff, Crystal Mulitalo in particular, made our stay even more enjoyable. She gave us a very warm welcome and pointed us in the right direction to keep the kids entertained. Thank you Crystal and thank you Siena. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Reno.Stayed October 2014 (TripAdvisor)
This is our third time staying at the Siena Hotel Spa Casino. The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful clean and modern. The pool is large and out of the wind. Last year we enjoyed spa services in the up scale spa, and the casino is great. This visit we had the pleasure of working with Alicia Hodge who made sure our stay was perfect, she went above and beyond to assist us.Stayed October 2014, traveled as a couple (TripAdvisor)
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The Casino, tho not large was fun and the Black Jack dealers were extremely fun & friendly. The restaurants were varied and well done. The champagne breakfast was really good.(Booking.com)
We arrived on a Friday night. It was awesome that they had live music playing. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the main strip of hotels, which I wasn't expecting. The hotel had a johnny rockets, the breakfast was good and very good prices! After breakfast I played a penny slot and within 5 minutes I won $165!! It was pretty awesome start of the weekend! They also have a coffee shop with pastries which is cheap as well. I can't complain(Expedia)
My wife picked this property through the "hotel tonight" app on my phone and I was shocked at how nice this place is. With no reservation, and on a Wednesday night we had a room for $39.00 (before taxes). It was cheaper than the advertised rate at Motel 6! It was FAR better than Motel 6. Our room was adequate sized, clean and well decorated. The beds were great and there was no noise to disturb our sleep. Parking and Internet is free. We didn't take advantage of the pool, spa, restaurants, and gambling since we were stopping the night on our drive to San Francisco. We would stay here again without hesitation when in Reno.
